Welcome to Desert Ocean Tourism. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to Desert Ocean Tourism, while "You" and "Your" refer to participants or visitors. By engaging with our services, including transportation, tours, safaris, city tours, and other activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions, whether the services are provided directly by us or through our partners and associates.

Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation (Cash payment preferred). In case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the activity's start, no refund will be provided. Failure to show up at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation.

Please note - All payments made by credit or debit card, an extra VAT additional would be charged, 5% VAT and 3% Bank charge. 

Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, edit, or cancel any part of a pre-booked activity without prior notice. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to government restrictions, health and safety concerns, weather conditions, or other external factors. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Participation and Responsibility

Some activities carry inherent risks. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities you choose. By participating, you agree to follow all instructions provided by our team or any associated guides.

For activities deemed hazardous, we will use our expertise to minimize risks. However, should you choose to participate in any activity against the advice of the guide or leader, you may be asked to sign an indemnity and waiver form before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

Desert Ocean Tourism is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, sickness, or death that may occur as a result of participation in any activities. We strongly recommend that you obtain personal health and travel insurance. Personal belongings brought along for any activity remain your responsibility at all times.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellations or modifications to an activity initiated by us, you may be eligible for a refund, either full or partial, depending on the nature of the changes. 

However, no refund will be provided for cancellations made by you less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
